Most people think content creation is about producing more content.
I don’t.
I think it’s about building systems.
Over the last few years, I’ve tested countless workflows, software platforms, AI tools, and publishing methods. Some worked. Some didn’t.
Eventually, I developed a workflow that allows me to take one idea and transform it into multiple content assets that continue working long after they’re published.
This process became the foundation of The Content Multiplier Method™.
Here’s my complete AI content creation workflow.
Step 1: Start With One Strong Idea
Everything begins with a single idea.
That idea might come from:
- A question someone asks
- A software tool I’m testing
- A comparison article
- A workflow I’ve developed
- A problem content creators often face
Instead of immediately creating social media content, I start by building a complete article.
The blog post becomes the foundation for everything else.
Step 2: Build A Long-Form Article
I create a detailed article on my website.
This article becomes my cornerstone content.
Over time, these articles also become long-term digital assets that can continue generating traffic through search engines.
A few examples include:
My website is the hub.
Everything else starts there.

Step 3: Turn The Article Into Video Content
Once the article is published, I repurpose it into video.
Depending on the project, I use different tools.
Pictory
When I want to transform blog content into videos and short-form clips, I often use Pictory.

- Try Pictory: Pictory
Synthesia
For avatar-based video creation and presentations, I use Synthesia.

VEED
For editing, captions, and polishing videos, VEED is another platform I use.

Step 4: Create Short-Form Content
Once I have a long-form article or video, I identify the most valuable insights.
These become:
- YouTube Shorts
- TikTok videos
- LinkedIn videos
- Content Claw videos
- Promotional clips
The goal isn’t to summarize the whole article.
The goal is to create curiosity.
One lesson can become multiple short-form videos.
Step 5: Create LinkedIn Content
Many blog posts contain several lessons worth sharing independently.
I frequently turn articles into:
- Professional insights
- Workflow discussions
- Productivity tips
- Lessons learned
LinkedIn often becomes another distribution channel rather than another content creation project.
Step 6: Build Email Content
Most creators overlook email.
I don’t.
One article can become:
- A newsletter
- Multiple email lessons
- Promotional emails
- Follow-up content
Instead of writing everything from scratch, I repurpose ideas I’ve already developed.
Step 7: Build Future Content
A good article rarely creates just one asset.
It often creates future content opportunities.
One article might lead to:
- A comparison article
- A review
- A tutorial
- A workflow post
- A video series
Content builds on itself.

Step 8: Create Digital Assets
This is where the real leverage begins.
After publishing enough articles, videos, and workflow posts, I realized many of them were connected.
They all pointed to one central idea:
Create Once. Repurpose Everywhere. Build Assets That Keep Working.
That idea eventually became a 100-page book:
The Content Multiplier Method™
What started as individual pieces of content evolved into a complete system.

Step 9: Build Long-Term Assets
Many creators focus entirely on content output.
I focus on asset creation.
Articles become videos.
Videos become shorts.
Shorts drive traffic.
Traffic discovers resources.
Resources build relationships.
Relationships create opportunities.
Every piece supports everything else.
The Biggest Lesson I’ve Learned
The most valuable thing in my workflow isn’t a tool.
It’s a system.
Tools change.
Platforms change.
Algorithms change.
A repeatable workflow continues working.
Instead of asking:
How can I create more content?
I now ask:
How can I get more value from every piece of content I create?
That single shift changed everything.
Final Thoughts
AI tools have made content creation faster than ever.
But speed isn’t the real advantage.
The real advantage comes from turning one idea into multiple assets and building systems that continue producing results over time.
That’s exactly what my content creation workflow is designed to do.
And it’s the foundation of The Content Multiplier Method™.
